Return / Refund Policy

All returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase date. Items must be in new with all original materials included with the shipment. We reserve the right to offer a partial refund for any open or damaged items that are returned. If a return is necessary due to our own discrepancy we will provide a complete replacement or refund of that item. Returns of items purchased that are not the result of our error may be subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from the refund.

Oversized Item Return Policy

We reserve the right to provide a partial refund of the purchase price if the returned item is not in its new and original condition. The amount of the partial refund will be determined, our sole discretion, by the condition of the item. We reserve the right to deduct the original shipping charge, and the actual return shipping fee, if the item is not in its original condition upon arrival back at our warehouse.

Additionally, you will be responsible to pay the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and a 15% restocking fee if we receive an Oversized Item return for any of the following reasons:

  • You refuse a delivery without inspection
  • You miss a delivery appointment
  • You return a non-defective or undamaged product

Packaging and Return Instructions:

  • Along with a return and copy of email, package your returns in a secure box or padded envelope.
  • Utilize the original packaging if possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label.
  • Packages should be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) or FEDEX.
  • Items that are valued over $100 must be shipped with insurance.
  • Keep your shipping receipt until you receive your exchange or refund.


Cancellation policy

Orders can only be canceled before processing or shipping. If the order has been processed already, no calculation will be allowed

Shipping Information

Domestic shipping starts at $4.99 & up. Usually ships in 1-2 working days. Shipping time will take around 3-5 business days to arrive. The shipping fee will be calculated according the weight of the products. Please refer to the automatic calculation for U.S. domestic shipping cost and international shipping cost will be confirmed by email.

About Additional Handling Fee:
Some items due to the product size or shipping requirements may have an additional handling fee. If an item is subject to an additional handling fee, it is noted when you add the item to the shopping cart. If you are placing an order over the phone, our Customer Service Representative will let you know if an item you are ordering has an additional handling fee.
